Mr. Finkel is one of the founders of Brentmoor Law Partners LLC, and serves as the firm's Managing Partner, overseeing all aspects of the firm and its practice areas. Mr. Finkel has 8 years of experience, specializing in complex commercial litigation, contracts, corporate entity formation, drafting and execution of operating, purchase and sale agreements, arbitrations, and general legal advisory. He regularly advises clients on a wide range of corporate and business law matters, including business formations, shareholder and director issues and agreements. Mr. Finkel also advises clients with the negotiation and drafting of a broad range of corporate, commercial and business contracts, including shareholder agreements, voting rights agreements, limited liability company operating agreements, joint venture agreements, partnership agreements, stock and asset purchase agreements, employment agreements, shareholder rights agreements, escrow and collateral agreements, inter-creditor agreements, and loan and security agreements.
Mr. Finkel is also a partner in Sabharwal & Finkel, a boutique law firm specializing in corporate & private business litigation, contracts and negotiations, arbitrations and general legal advisory. The firm's clients include corporate entities in several industries including hospitality and restaurants, airlines, real estate, government, technology, and communications. He has advised clients in both the restaurant and hospitality industries, having executed numerous deal specific transactions.
Mr. Finkel holds a JD from New York Law School and a BS in Economics from The University of Michigan. Mr. Finkel is a member of the New York State Bar, the American Bar Association, and is admitted to practice law in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is also admitted to practice law before the Federal Court of Appeals, Second Circuit.

Mr. Finkel holds a JD from The Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University, with a concentration in corporate law, and a BS in Economics from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania, with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management.

Mr. Sabharwal is a Senior Partner of Brentmoor Law Partners LLC, specializing in commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and arbitrations. He primarily advises clients on banking, UCC, corporate, commercial, employment, and business law matters. Mr. Sabharwal has more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of civil litigation on both the federal and state court level, and in managing disputes and trials in Bankruptcy Court and before U.S. and international arbitration and alternative dispute tribunals and panels, including ICC and AAA. Mr. Sabharwal also has extensive experience in securing procedural emergency measures with respect to foreclosure proceedings and enforcement of judgments and awards including: preliminary injunctions, temporary restraining orders, attachments, and stays & arrests.
Mr. Sabharwal is also the founding partner of Sabharwal & Finkel, a boutique law firm specializing in corporate & private business litigation, contracts and negotiations, arbitrations and general legal advisory. The firm's clients include corporate entities in several industries including hospitality and restaurants, airlines, real estate, government, technology, and communications. Prior to forming S&F, Mr. Sabharwal practiced law for Reid & Priest. He began his legal career at Kelley Drye & Warren.
